The upper apartment of Casa Bellavista is located on a hillside almost at the top of the mountain, offering stunning panoramic views of the Bay of Alcudia. Almost all rooms have sea views, and the adjoining roof terrace (60 sq m) offers panoramic sea views across the entire Bay of Alcudia.
The air-conditioned rooms of the holiday apartment are spread over approximately 130 m². The living room, with its magnificent sea view, fireplace, and satellite TV, is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or hiking. From the living room, a staircase leads up to the spacious, furnished roof terrace, offering plenty of space to unwind. The highlight here is the outdoor shower on the roof terrace with panoramic sea views.
The living room leads into the dining area, which seats up to 8 people and offers stunning sea views. Adjacent to the dining room is an open-plan, designer fitted kitchen with a cooking island.

The modern, new fitted kitchen is very high-quality equipped (Gaggenau/Siemens appliances), including an induction hob, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster and kettle.
The living room also leads to the sleeping area, where a small hallway connects both bedrooms and the new bathroom with natural stone and a spacious shower. One bedroom has two single beds (which can be combined to form a 160 cm double bed), satellite TV, and a view of the lemon trees in the garden. The second bedroom, with a 180 cm double bed and satellite TV, opens onto an additional balcony with sea views.
A washing machine and dryer are available for holiday guests in the separate utility room.
The underfloor heating, hot water preparation and cooling of the house are provided by energy-efficient, modern heat pumps - for great comfort, but also as ecologically as possible.
The professional water treatment also ensures that you can rinse off the sea salt and sunscreen from a hard day at the beach with crystal-clear, soft, and pleasantly warm water...

In the future, you'll be able to swim in a 12m x 4m luxury infinity pool with sea views , and there will be a large seaview garden terrace - look forward to it!
What does this mean for your booking:
The large excavators have long since left. The sea view is now even more impressive than before. The pool and terrace are currently being built in the garden below the house.
This work is scheduled to be completed in early summer 2025. Until then, construction noise, etc., MAY occur on weekdays from approximately 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
We've initially blocked Bellavista for bookings until July 2025. If you'd like to book during this period, please contact us. We'll give you an update, and then you can decide if it's a good fit for you.
