The equipment
Almost all rooms offer ocean views, and the accompanying rooftop terrace (60 sqm) as well as the garden terrace (75 sqm, scheduled for completion in late April 2026) provide panoramic ocean views across the entire Bay of Alcudia.
The air-conditioned rooms in the house cover approximately 200 sqm. In the living room, with its magnificent sea view, fireplace, and satellite TV, you can look forward to a relaxing time after a day at the beach or hiking. From the living room, a staircase leads up to the spacious, furnished rooftop terrace, which offers plenty of room to unwind. Highlighting this space is the outdoor shower on the rooftop terrace, also with panoramic sea and mountain views.
Luxury apartment
The upper apartment of Casa Bellavista is located on a hillside almost at the top of the mountain, offering stunning panoramic views of the Bay of Alcudia. Almost all rooms have sea views, and the adjoining roof terrace (60 sq m) offers panoramic sea views across the entire Bay of Alcudia.
The air-conditioned rooms of the holiday apartment are spread over approximately 130 m². The living room, with its magnificent sea view, fireplace, and satellite TV, is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or hiking. A staircase from the living room leads up to the spacious, furnished roof terrace, offering plenty of space to unwind. Highlights of the roof terrace with its stunning view include the large dining table for up to 8-10 people, the designer outdoor sofas, the sun loungers, and, last but not least, the panoramic outdoor shower. A large cable awning provides shade when desired.
The living room leads into the dining area, which seats up to 8 people and offers stunning sea views. Adjacent to the dining room is an open-plan, designer fitted kitchen with a cooking island.
Designer apartment
The lower apartment at Casa Bellavista is situated on a hillside near the very top of the mountain, offering a magnificent panoramic view of Alcudia Bay. All rooms feature ocean views and a smart TV (including Astra 19.2° satellite reception). The air-conditioned rooms of this charming holiday apartment cover 65 m². In the living/dining room with a wood-burning stove, you can look forward to relaxing after a day at the pool, beach, or hiking. From here, you can also access the furnished terrace with sea views and space for four people to unwind. From here, you can also access the huge garden terrace and the luxury pool (completion scheduled for end of April 2026). And for the practical among you: a small hallway—perfect for storing suitcases, shoes, and beach gear—leads to a room with a washer and dryer.
Further highlights
The underfloor heating, hot water supply, and home cooling are all powered by energy-efficient, modern heat pumps (Vaillant and Daikin)—for maximum comfort, but also with the greatest possible environmental sustainability. A solar power system further reduces the environmental footprint of your vacation.
The professional water treatment system ensures that you can rinse off the sea salt and sunscreen from a hard day at the beach with crystal-clear, soft, perfectly tempered water.
There are also two utility rooms (one per apartment), each equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.

This season, Bellavista is becoming even more attractive:
Soon you’ll be able to swim in a 12m x 4m luxury infinity pool with ocean views, and there will be a large ocean-view garden terrace — look forward to it!
What this means for your booking:
The large excavators have long since moved on. The ocean view is now even more impressive than before. Currently, construction of the pool and terrace in the garden below the house is being completed, and the garden is being arranged.
We expect the pool and terrace to be ready for use by the end of April 2026.
Until then, work will still be underway. You’ll often notice little of it, and sometimes work will pause for a few days. However: On some weekdays, there MAY be noise and other impacts from the work between approx. 7:30 a.m. and approx. 3:30 p.m.
