In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax (Ecotasa), which must be paid by every guest aged 16 and over. From the 9th night onwards, this amount is reduced by half during high season. Payment of this fee is mandatory and is not included in the rental price of the holiday apartment, but must be paid directly to the owners.

High season (from 1 May to 31 October):
2 euros per person per day
Low season (November 1 to April 30): 0.50 euros per person per day
Plus 10% VAT (IVA).

As required by law, we require personal information such as names and ID numbers from every guest over the age of 16, e.g. a copy of their ID card or passport.
