The lower apartment at Casa Bellavista is located almost at the top of the mountain, offering a magnificent panoramic view of Alcudia Bay. All rooms have ocean views, and the adjoining terrace is accessible from the living/dining room, whose floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows provide a fantastic view of the sea and mountains, the large pool, and the garden.
The air-conditioned rooms of the apartment cover approximately 65 m². In the living/dining room, featuring a wood-burning stove and a smart TV, you can look forward to a relaxing time after a day at the beach or hiking. From there, you can access the terrace, which is exclusively for the apartment’s use, offering an absolutely breathtaking sea view and space for 4 people.
From here, it’s also just a few steps to the infinity pool in the garden beneath.

The modern built-in kitchen is well-equipped, including an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle. A bathroom with a shower is located right next to the bedroom with two single beds (which can be pushed together to form a 160 cm double bed) and a smart TV. An additional en-suite bathroom with a shower leads off from the second bedroom, which features a double bed (180 cm sleeping area) and also has a smart TV. A washing machine and dryer are available in the utility room. Between the utility room and the apartment is a small hallway that you can use to store shoes, beach gear, suitcases, etc.
The underfloor heating, hot water supply, and cooling of the house are provided by energy-efficient, modern heat pumps, which are supported by photovoltaic and solar thermal systems — for great comfort, but also as eco-friendly as possible.

You can now swim in our 12m x 4m luxury infinity pool with ocean views and relax on the large Seaview garden terrace!
Only minor finishing touches are currently being completed, for example in the garden. This may result in some noise on certain weekdays from approximately 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
