The lower apartment of Casa Bellavista is located on a hillside almost at the top of the mountain, offering stunning panoramic views of the Bay of Alcudia. All rooms have sea views, and the terrace is accessible from the living/dining room.

The air-conditioned rooms of the holiday apartment are spread over 65 m². The living/dining room, with its fireplace and TV, is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or hiking. From the living/dining room, you can access the furnished terrace with sea views and seating for four people.

Features:

The modern fitted kitchen is well-equipped, including a ceramic hob , oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, and kettle. A bathroom with shower is located directly next to the bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined to form a 160 cm double bed) and a TV. An additional en-suite bathroom with shower leads off the second bedroom with a double bed (180 cm) and a TV. A washing machine and dryer are available for holiday guests in the utility room.

The underfloor heating, hot water preparation and cooling of the house are provided by energy-efficient, modern heat pumps - for great comfort, but also as ecologically as possible.

The professional water treatment also ensures that you can rinse off the sea salt and sunscreen from a hard day at the beach with crystal-clear, soft, and pleasantly warm water...

This season, Bellavista will be even more attractive:

In the future, you'll be able to swim in a 12m x 4m luxury infinity pool with sea views , and there will be a large seaview garden terrace - look forward to it!

What does this mean for your booking:
The large excavators have long since left. The sea view is now even more impressive than before. The pool and terrace are currently being built in the garden below the house.

This work is scheduled to be completed in early summer 2025. Until then, construction noise, etc., MAY occur on weekdays from approximately 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

We've initially blocked Bellavista for bookings until July 2025. If you'd like to book during this period, please contact us. We'll give you an update, and then you can decide if it's a good fit for you.
